Born in San Juan PR to Puerto Rican parents, Mr. Santos is the CEO and founder of JHS Consulting Group, Corp. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Santos has become a driving force for the Latino community in the Tampa Bay area.
20 years working in Puerto Rico in Banking and in the Government of Puerto Rico, as an auditor in the Government system.
Mr. Santos is also an Accountant, Quickbooks Proadvisor, Notary Public, Certified Credit Repair Instructor, and Internal Operational Systems Auditor.

Mrs. Conde was born in Puerto Rico, where she was educated obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, where she worked in Puerto Rico in Banking and with law firms, she moved to Tampa Bay, Florida, where she acquired her insurance agent license. and a Tax Pro certification. Through hard work and sheer dedication, Ms. Conde has become the new Marketing Department Manager for JHS Consulting Group, Corp.
